Replacement steps

  1. Find an old card photo, certificate, receipt, email, employer record, or training date.
  2. Identify the EPA-approved program that trained and tested you.
  3. Contact that program's certification-record or replacement-card service.
  4. Provide your legal name at testing, approximate date, address, employer, and any identifier available.
  5. Save a digital and physical copy of the replacement.
EPA generally does not issue the technician card directly.

The approved training and certification program supplies proof and maintains the technician record.
